Attorney – Finance & Capital Markets

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our Business Finance Legal team. The role focuses on complex financing transactions for institutional investors, alternative lenders and investment funds, providing high‑impact legal support across the capital markets landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing legal counsel on sophisticated financing transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate financing agreements, credit documentation and security instruments.
• Advise on complex financing structures involving institutional investors, non‑bank lenders and investment funds.
• Lead negotiations with clients, lenders and other financing parties.
• Deliver legal opinions and practical advice on banking law and financial regulation.
• Collaborate closely with business units, risk management, compliance and regulatory teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Attorney in a leading law firm or financial institution.
• Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial or financing agreements.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong ability to manage multiple high‑pressure matters independently.
• Solid business orientation with a systemic perspective on financial transactions.
• Fast learner capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
