Assistant Controller

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Controller to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv. In this role you will support Nexxen’s global finance activities, focusing on revenue and cost accounting within a publicly traded, NASDAQ‑listed tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end revenue and cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate recognition and reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports.
• Perform detailed analyses and deliver insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Operations to understand deal structures and accounting implications.
• Support audit activities by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Identify and implement process improvements and internal control enhancements.
• Assist with complex revenue transaction accounting in line with applicable standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA certification.
• Internship experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• High level of English proficiency.
