Assistant Controller – Finance

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Controller to join our finance team at our Tel Aviv headquarters. In this role you will support daily financial operations, ensure compliance with IFRS and SOX standards, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support day‑to‑day financial operations.
• Assist in preparing annual and quarterly financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Prepare tax reports and manage the company’s tax obligations.
• Collaborate with external auditors, regulators and consultants.
• Maintain strict compliance with SOX regulations.
• Conduct budget‑versus‑actual analysis and financial calculations.
• Oversee bookkeeping controls and support diverse financial projects.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license – mandatory.
• Big 4 experience – mandatory (including recent graduates of Big 4 internships).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Experience or strong interest in capital markets is a plus.
• High work ethic, independent, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Integrity, strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• CPA certification.
• Big 4 audit experience.
• Proficiency with IFRS accounting standards.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
