Analytics Engineer

About the role

The Clinical Value team at Aidoc is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to build data foundations, infrastructure, and analytical tools that support real‑world clinical studies. This hybrid role blends analytics engineering with hands‑on data analysis to translate complex clinical needs into scalable data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure, including reusable models, pipelines, analytical layers, and tools for Clinical Value analyses.
• Own technical implementation of complex Clinical Value applications across products, customers, and real‑world data environments.
• Develop reusable, scalable analytical frameworks and automate solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify data‑quality issues and bottlenecks, implementing automation and best‑practice improvements.
• Collaborate with analysts, Data Engineering, and other teams to translate analytical needs into maintainable data solutions.
• Lead hands‑on data‑analysis projects, delivering actionable insights from clinical and operational datasets.
• Support Go‑to‑Market teams and Customer Success in customer‑facing value demonstrations.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or higher in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a technical analytics role.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage tight timelines, and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Python and SQL.
• Experience with orchestration/transformation tools such as DBT or Airflow.
• Proficiency with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Hands‑on experience integrating AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude agents, GitHub Copilot) into workflows.
