AI Engineer - Technical Enablement (Remote / Tel-Aviv)

About the role

Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, is hiring an AI Engineer for its Technical Enablement team, working remotely or in Tel-Aviv. The role builds and deploys AI tools and workflows, connects AI agents with enterprise systems, and promotes AI literacy across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI tools and workflows using platforms such as Copilot Studio, UiPath and other automation frameworks.
• Connect AI agents with enterprise systems (SharePoint, M365), external APIs and knowledge bases.
• Identify repetitive tasks and design intelligent automation to improve efficiency.
• Secure agent interactions with encryption, authentication and authorization, and integrate with identity platforms (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, Entra ID, AD FS).
• Partner with cybersecurity on data protection and threat modeling, and ensure solutions meet security, ethical and compliance standards.
• Enable AI literacy through best-practice documentation and internal training, and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, machine learning, data science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software development, including 2+ years in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong grasp of AI concepts, ML pipelines and automation tools; hands-on with Copilot Studio, UiPath and SharePoint.
• Experience with multi-agent workflows, context management (RAG, semantic chunking, memory persistence), MCP-based systems, prompt engineering, agent orchestration and A2A systems.
• Cloud AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock and/or Google Vertex AI), API integrations and data-quality validation.
• .NET, C#, Python, Java, API development, SQL, PowerShell and Unix shell scripting.
• Agile delivery, strong problem solving and cross-team communication.

Preferred: exposure to generative AI, prompt engineering or agent-based systems, interest in AI governance and responsible AI, and a delivery mindset focused on quick wins within enterprise standards.
