Account Executive - SMB EMEA

About the role

Connecteam is a platform for managing deskless teams, used by over 80,000 businesses worldwide. As an Account Executive for SMB EMEA, you will be the first point of contact for customers, turn sign-ups into paying customers, deliver excellent customer service and feed product improvement ideas back to the company. The role covers sales, products and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle in a quota-carrying account executive role.
• Consult businesses that have signed up for the platform to make them paying customers.
• Provide top-notch customer service and act as the face of the company.
• Influence the product based on client demands and needs.
• Share information across departments and take initiative independently.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English (must).
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or another client-facing role such as SDR, support, customer success or account management (must).
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new digital tools quickly (must).
• High energy, positive attitude and resilience in a target-driven environment (must).
• Advantageous: B2B SaaS experience and experience with CRMs, project management or task management tools.

Working conditions

• Monday to Friday, aligned with European business hours, 10:00-19:00, Fridays until Shabbat begins (Israel time).
• Hybrid arrangement (#LI-Hybrid).
