About the role

Dream is a sovereign AI and national cyber‑defense company that protects and leverages data for governments worldwide. As a Talent Sourcer, you will build and maintain strategic talent pipelines that enable the organization to scale its mission-critical work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities and hiring goals.
• Own the strategic overview of talent pipelines, continuously assessing health, availability, and future hiring needs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define target candidate profiles and sourcing priorities.
• Create and present talent market maps, competitor research, and market intelligence to support workforce planning.
• Lead talent attraction initiatives such as meetups, webinars, referral programs, and employer‑branding activities.
• Track, analyze, and report sourcing metrics to measure pipeline effectiveness and improve strategies.
• Research and implement emerging sourcing techniques and AI‑powered recruiting tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent sourcing and building qualified pipelines, preferably in a fast‑paced technology environment.
• Proven ability to design strategic sourcing approaches for complex or hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Strong research, market‑mapping, and talent‑intelligence capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
• Effective partnership with recruiters and hiring managers to influence strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and adapt to changing priorities.
• Curiosity for new sourcing methodologies and AI‑driven recruiting technologies.
