Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

This full‑cycle recruiting role covers hiring across Product, R&D and GTM functions. You will own searches end‑to‑end, from defining the role with hiring managers through sourcing, screening and extending offers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes.
• Proactively source strong candidates through direct outreach, referrals and networks.
• Manage the candidate experience from the first conversation through offer negotiation.
• Track recruiting pipeline and hiring metrics to continuously improve the process.
• Help implement and maintain recruiting tools and workflows as the company scales.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience at high‑growth tech startups.
• International recruiting experience across Product, Technical and GTM roles.
• Fluent in Hebrew and strong English communication skills.
• Hands‑on sourcing ability and capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes.
