Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Tripledot Studios is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its global HR team. You will work closely with hiring managers and studio leads to attract, assess, and hire top talent across creative, technical, operational, commercial, and marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and studio leads, advising on recruitment best practices and ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System, requisition tracker, LinkedIn projects, and job briefing records.
• Support recruitment for a variety of departments, from creative to technical roles.
• Implement streamlined processes that connect candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams for fast, collaborative hiring.
• Engage directly with high‑potential talent, leveraging Tripledot’s EVP and employer brand while minimizing agency spend.
• Research competitors, map external talent pools, and create talent maps for hard‑to‑fill, strategic disciplines.
• Identify workflow improvements and contribute to broader projects such as employer branding, events, and technology transformations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably hiring for technical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable communicator able to tailor style to different audiences.
• Proven stakeholder management abilities.
