Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary)

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Israel HR team in Rehovot on a temporary, full-cycle recruiting assignment. You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to design hiring strategies, build talent pipelines and deliver a premium candidate experience across technical and professional roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of positions, from intake to offer and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview structures and realistic hiring plans.
• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search, GitHub and professional networks.
• Leverage AI and generative AI tools for candidate research, CV screening, job-description drafting and pipeline analysis.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health and offer acceptance, and maintain accurate data in Workday.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the Israeli market, preferably for technical roles.
• Proven hands-on proactive sourcing ability using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray techniques and direct outreach.
• Practical experience with AI and generative AI recruiting tools.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to influence senior hiring managers.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
