Senior SEO Manager

About the role

AutoDS, a fast‑growing eCommerce SaaS now part of Fiverr, is looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead its organic growth strategy. You will own the end‑to‑end SEO, GEO and AEO roadmap, work closely with content creators and developers, and drive measurable results across search and AI‑driven answer platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the organic strategy across SEO, GEO and AEO, aligning priorities with the VP of Growth.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation, internal linking, topical authority building, and technical health improvements, including Core Web Vitals.
• Position AutoDS to be cited by large language models and AI answer engines through citation‑worthy content, entity presence and structured data.
• Own site architecture, schema markup and technical setup to ensure crawlers and AI systems can read and rank content.
• Collaborate with the content team and engineering to implement the roadmap.
• Manage, coach and unblock one SEO Specialist, providing clear direction without micromanagement.
• Report on organic traffic, rankings, AI citation share, assisted conversions and signup impact.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven organic growth results.
• At least 2 years of people‑management experience, having led a direct report.
• Demonstrated success driving organic growth in a SaaS product, not limited to agency or pure eCommerce roles.
• Deep understanding of the differences between traditional search ranking and AI answer citation.
