Amazon Marketing & Advertising Specialist

About the role

We're a fast‑growing beauty brand looking for a sharp, data‑driven Marketing & Advertising Specialist to own and scale our ad presence across Amazon, Google, Shopify, and social media. You'll sit at the intersection of performance marketing, brand building, and influencer strategy, driving revenue growth across every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) while managing ACoS, ROAS, and bid strategies.
• Perform listing SEO, keyword research and optimise product content to improve organic rankings and conversions.
• Conduct competitor and market research using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataDive.
• Build and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Lead end‑to‑end influencer and creator marketing partnerships, from outreach to performance tracking.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Amazon PPC, Google Ads, paid social and influencer marketing, preferably in beauty, wellness or CPG.
• Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Shopify.
• Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven approach and comfort with ad dashboards and attribution tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with Amazon DSP, Brand Registry, TikTok Shop, Klaviyo or agency/3P seller environments is a strong plus.
