Senior Influencer Manager – EU Communication Project

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Senior Influencer Manager to support the EU’s DG MENA communication outreach across North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. The role will design and execute influencer‑driven campaigns that amplify EU policies, initiatives and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer engagement strategies aligned with DG MENA communication objectives.
• Identify, assess and manage relationships with influencers, digital creators and opinion leaders across target audiences.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns promoting EU policies and initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, produce analytical reports and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate influencer activities with broader communication and social‑media efforts.
• Advise on audience‑engagement tactics and emerging digital trends.
• Support the creation of campaign concepts, messaging and digital content.
• Liaise with communication teams, external partners and service providers to ensure effective delivery.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication, marketing or digital media.
• Fluent English; French and/or Arabic are an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of general digital/social‑media communication experience.
• At least 3 years of specific experience in influencer relations and campaign management.
