Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships with app developers and mobile marketers for a fast‑growing AdTech company building a programmatic advertising platform. You will work in an international environment, helping brands maximise campaign performance across mobile, web, video and connected TV.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with mobile apps, gaming companies and advertisers to drive campaign growth.
• Identify, prospect and onboard new clients, maintaining a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals with app developers, advertisers and media buyers.
• Collaborate with internal media buying, operations and tech teams to optimise campaign performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date on mobile marketing trends, ad‑tech developments and competitor strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in mobile marketing, digital advertising or ad‑tech.
• Proven track record in app‑marketing campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPR models preferred).
• Strong understanding of mobile DSPs, user acquisition and in‑app traffic.
• Native or fluent English with excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet revenue targets and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
