About the role
The Executive Sales role supports Marriott and W Hotels by handling guest inquiries, reservations, and sales opportunities. You will use proven sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, and you will act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities
- Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems and process reservation changes via phone, fax, or mail.
- Apply up‑selling techniques, manage Marriott Rewards points, and provide complimentary gifts to enhance guest loyalty.
- Perform general office duties for the Sales & Marketing team, including filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
- Assist management in training and motivating employees, and serve as a role model for professional conduct.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related work experience in sales or guest services.
- No supervisory experience required.
