Sales Operations Account Manager

About the role

SolarEdge is seeking a Sales Operations Account Manager to act as the primary operational liaison for its customers. You will oversee the complete order lifecycle, ensure timely delivery, and support the company’s commitment to clean energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on operational matters.
• Manage end‑to‑end order processing from purchase order to delivery, following best‑practice execution.
• Ensure products are delivered on time and meet SolarEdge commitments and customer expectations.
• Own and resolve customer escalations, providing proactive follow‑up.
• Lead periodic forecasting with customers, monitoring stock levels, bookings, and shipments.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve invoicing, credit, and pricing issues.
• Track customer agreements and incentive plans.
• Prepare weekly reports on order status and key financial metrics.
• Maintain smooth, compliant order flow aligned with organizational policies.
• Continuously improve processes, build KPIs, and drive automation initiatives.

Required profile

• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting or a related field from a recognized university.
• Excellent English; additional languages (German, Italian, French) are a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to operations and account management.
• Highly organized self‑starter capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with global stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
