Account Manager – Pharmacy Partnerships

About the role

Helfy is scaling its telehealth platform DoktorABC across Europe and needs a proactive Account Manager to grow and optimise its pharmacy partner network. You will be the main liaison between DoktorABC and dozens of partner pharmacies, driving revenue, improving order routing and ensuring high partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase business volume with existing pharmacy partners, including cross‑selling services and securing new commercial agreements.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, delivery models and contract renewals to maximise mutual value.
• Optimize order distribution and fulfillment across the pharmacy network for financial efficiency and fast patient turnaround.
• Promote adoption of high‑impact services such as ultra‑fast delivery, patient self‑pickup and in‑store branding for DoktorABC products.
• Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, pricing structures and service level agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring partner satisfaction, timely reporting, payments and rapid resolution of operational queries.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in account management, business development or B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, e‑commerce or pharmacy.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to discuss margins, financial outcomes and revenue opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and client‑facing skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple accounts and contracts simultaneously.
