Sales & Business Development Manager – Quantum Computing

About the role

The Israeli Quantum Computing Center (IQCC) is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager with a strong technological orientation to accelerate growth and expand its customer base across academia, industry, and government.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients in academia, industry, and government.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Explore new market opportunities and partnerships within the quantum computing ecosystem.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
• Collect market insight and feedback to develop new offerings.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closed‑won deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, physics, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in sales, technical sales, business development, or a customer‑facing role, preferably in deep‑tech, quantum computing, AI, or advanced computing.
• Self‑directed, highly autonomous with a startup mindset.
• Fast learner with strong technological orientation and broad business sense.
• Proven experience managing customer projects in a technology‑driven environment (advantage).
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
