Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

Airwallex is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers. Based in Tel Aviv, you will work closely with finance, product, and technology stakeholders to help clients maximize the value of Airwallex’s global payments platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise clients.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Airwallex products across multiple business units.
• Lead onboarding, upsell opportunities, and manage escalations to ensure customer success.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, and Revenue Strategy teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify new revenue streams and act as the trusted advisor for commercial and finance teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise‑level accounts in a B2B environment.
• Strong consultative selling mindset with a focus on long‑term partnership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across commercial, finance, and technical functions.
• Ability to work onsite in Tel Aviv four to five days a week.
