PayPlus is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join its fast‑growing sales department. You will work in a technology‑driven environment, handling both inbound and outbound sales activities while contributing to the company’s expansion in the fintech market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls in a fast‑paced environment.
• Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate payment solutions.
• Utilise advanced CRM systems to track and nurture leads.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Take ownership of sales processes, spotting improvement opportunities to meet monthly targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer success.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to quickly learn and master fintech‑related technological solutions.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
• Professional, mature, and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities and driving results.
• Technical orientation with hands‑on experience using CRM systems.
