Retention Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Retention Marketing Manager to own and optimise our customer lifecycle. In this hands‑on role you will turn behavioural insights into high‑impact initiatives that boost repeat purchases, reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute retention and lifecycle strategies across markets and segments.
• Lead end‑to‑end initiatives such as VIP, loyalty and referral programmes.
• Analyse customer behaviour, cohort trends and funnel drop‑offs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Partner with data teams to test pricing models, promotions and lifecycle optimisations.
• Monitor and report on KPIs like repeat purchase rate, churn, cohort retention and LTV.
• Design and run A/B tests across email, push and other channels.
• Improve segmentation, targeting and messaging based on performance data.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, bridging Data, Product and CRM teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Retention, Lifecycle or Growth Marketing within B2C environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, build dashboards and translate insights into measurable improvements.
• Deep understanding of customer segmentation, behavioural triggers and lifecycle stages.
• Proven project‑management skills, handling multiple initiatives from concept to launch.
• Detail‑oriented, fast learner, proactive and comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
