Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join Helfy and own cross‑team marketing delivery, working directly with the SVP Marketing. In this role, you’ll coordinate projects across our Performance, Content & Social, Studio, and CRM & Retention teams, ensuring campaigns move smoothly from planning to launch. You’ll also serve as the main point of contact between Marketing and R&D, managing priorities, dependencies, timelines, and launch readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the overall marketing calendar and cross‑team campaign plans.
• Coordinate shared design, content, and development resources across marketing teams.
• Manage the Marketing queue into R&D, including briefs, priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
• Ensure tracking, creative, CRM, and technical requirements are aligned before launch.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, resolve blockers, and keep projects moving forward.
• Work closely with marketing leads and senior stakeholders to align priorities and commitments.
• Manage and support the Marketing Promotion Manager.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, digital, or project management roles.
• Proven experience managing projects across multiple teams with shared resources.
• Experience working closely with R&D, engineering, or product teams.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and critical path.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, including landing pages, tracking, creative production, and CRM.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proactive, hands‑on, and highly organized, with a strong ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and building structure from scratch.
• Fluent English (required).
