Purchasing & Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an organised, hands‑on Purchasing & Logistics Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day buying and supply chain activities for Soho House Tel Aviv. Working closely with kitchen, bar, club, hotel operations and finance, you will ensure that all products and supplies arrive on time, at the right quality and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing across F&B, hotel, club, maintenance and operational supplies.
• Create, issue and track purchase orders, guaranteeing timely and accurate deliveries.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate terms and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Coordinate purchasing needs with operational departments to ensure continuity of supply.
• Oversee goods receiving, accurately checking, recording and reconciling deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and support effective inventory control and replenishment.
• Review supplier invoices, pricing and delivery documentation, resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier and inventory records in company systems.
• Support administration of purchasing, inventory and hospitality systems and act as primary onsite systems contact.
• Identify and implement process improvements while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics or a similar operational role, preferably in hospitality, hotels, restaurants or F&B.
• Strong supplier‑management and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of purchasing, inventory control and goods receiving processes.
• Commercial mindset focused on cost control and operational efficiency.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and thrive in a hands‑on environment.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
