Quality Assistant Superintendent

About the role

The Quality Assistant Superintendent supports the execution of EverOn’s QA/QC program on data‑center construction projects. Working on‑site, you will assist with inspections, documentation, deficiency tracking and system‑readiness activities to ensure installations meet project specifications, client requirements and company quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with inspections of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls and life‑safety systems.
• Verify installations against approved drawings, specifications, submittals and manufacturer requirements.
• Identify, document and track deficiencies, punch‑list items and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Maintain quality tracking logs, inspection records and deficiency reports.
• Support commissioning readiness by ensuring required inspections and documentation are completed.
• Participate in project meetings, planning sessions and quality reviews, communicating concerns to QA/QC leadership.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in construction, QA/QC, commissioning or inspections, preferably on mission‑critical or data‑center projects.
• Familiarity with inspection processes, quality documentation and deficiency management.
• OSHA 10/30, CQM‑C or similar certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience using construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, CxAlloy and BIM platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and submittals.
• Strong organizational and document‑control abilities.
