Hostess – Guest Service Expert

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Hostess to join our Sheraton team in Tel Aviv. As a Guest Service Expert you will help create memorable dining experiences by welcoming guests, setting up the dining area and supporting smooth service throughout the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm first impression.
• Set and clear tables, arrange linens, and maintain a tidy dining environment.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen staff.
• Assist guests with menu information and answer basic questions.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and service stations.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than one year of related hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
