About the role
We are looking for a motivated Phone Sales Representative to join our Haifa office on a full‑time basis. You will be responsible for engaging potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls, clearly presenting Synergy Tech’s services and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Answer inbound calls from existing customers and prospects.
- Present Synergy Tech’s service portfolio clearly and persuasively.
- Address customer questions, objections, and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records after each interaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience in phone‑based sales or telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Haifa.
- Basic familiarity with technology concepts is a plus, but not mandatory.
