About the role
WorldCom Finance is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative for its hybrid office in Tel Aviv. The role involves supporting customers of its instant money‑transfer and bank‑deposit platforms, ensuring satisfaction and handling technical queries.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively and resolve customer issues
- Troubleshoot technical problems
- Handle inquiries across Hebrew, Russian and English
Required profile
- Experience handling customer inquiries and issues
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Knowledge of financial services or banking industry (a plus)
- Ability to work well in a team and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment
