About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Customer Service Executive to join our network of business centres, working 20+ hours per week on selected days. The role sits at the heart of our global organisation, providing a warm welcome and ensuring smooth on‑site operations for customers and their guests.
Key responsibilities
- Give customers and their guests a warm and friendly welcome every day.
- Manage a range of on‑site tasks to keep the workspace running smoothly and happily.
- Help customers and colleagues have a great day at work.
Required profile
- Great communication skills and a love of interacting with people.
- A positive, outgoing and can‑do attitude.
- The ability to take direction, learn new skills and apply them with confidence.
- Motivation to be your best every day and determination to improve.
