AI Organic Growth Manager

About the role

Papaya Global is looking for a highly skilled GEO & SEO Manager to own the website’s organic growth, visibility, and optimization. The role blends GEO, SEO, and webmaster responsibilities, focusing on driving traffic and increasing conversions across traditional and AI‑powered search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a GEO/SEO roadmap that drives measurable organic visibility and lead generation, including traditional SEO, entity optimization, structured data, and AI‑search visibility.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits (site health, speed, security, structured data) and coordinate implementation with developers.
• Manage the marketing website roadmap, aligning development resources with business goals and ensuring content is optimized for search engines and user experience.
• Upload, publish, and maintain content via WordPress and other CMS platforms, applying conversion rate optimization best practices.
• Track and report KPIs such as organic traffic growth, keyword/entity rankings, AI‑search presence, and conversion metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven success in international/technical SEO with measurable B2B impact.
• Expertise in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO), entity SEO, structured data, and AI‑driven search.
• Strong project‑management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑team collaboration and stakeholder reporting.
