About the role
We are seeking a sharp Marketing Analyst to join Ashley Digital’s Marketing Analytics team. In this role you will combine marketing expertise with scalable analytical solutions to drive data‑driven growth across paid search, affiliate and other channels.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and measure performance of paid search, affiliate and additional marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement measurement methodologies and scalable analytical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance measurement capabilities.
- Identify growth opportunities and provide insights to support optimized investment decisions.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards that inform business decision‑making.
Required profile
- Previous experience in paid search and affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for data‑driven growth in an e‑commerce environment.
