Learning and Organizational Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Learning and Organizational Development Manager to shape and execute our learning strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s objectives and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the learning and organizational development strategy in line with business goals.
• Oversee daily operations of the corporate academy, including annual planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics and performance monitoring.
• Design and launch professional and managerial training tracks, workshops, courses and digital learning initiatives.
• Partner with external vendors, instructors and internal subject‑matter experts to deliver high‑quality content.
• Promote a continuous learning environment across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience managing learning and organizational development functions.
• Track record of creating diverse in‑person and digital learning solutions.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and lead hands‑on projects.
• Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail and execution.
• Proactive mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a strong advantage.
