About the role

Mobileye is looking for a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join its unique HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will lead and deliver end‑to‑end recruiting processes and solutions for one of Mobileye's business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment process in a rapidly growing R&D business unit.
• Partner closely with business units to create innovative, scalable sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Work with hiring managers as a trusted recruitment partner, providing guidance and building excellent teams.
• Creatively source top‑notch candidates via multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Compile, analyze and capture data insights to support recruitment decisions, strategy and processes.
• Lead cross‑organizational recruiting initiatives on candidate experience, diversity, employer brand, EVP creation, etc.
• Plan and organize recruiting events and special projects such as meetups, tech events, panels and webinars.

Required profile

• Experience as a recruiter in a high‑tech company (required).
• BA in a related field from a leading institution; MA/MBA is an advantage.
• Fluent English (required).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance recruiting, sourcing and productivity.
• Out‑of‑the‑box, creative thinking.
• Self‑starter, independent, results‑oriented and an executor.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive approach.
• High energy, collaborative team player.
• Ability to follow up and get things done in a fast‑moving, changing environment.
