Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are an international multi‑cloud services provider with a presence on four continents. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support our Professional Services teams by sourcing and attracting top technology talent for client‑facing projects, working closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for a variety of technology roles, primarily within Professional Services and client‑facing projects.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Stay up‑to‑date with technology recruitment trends, talent markets, and sourcing best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced, dynamic team.
