Inside Channel Account Manager (Israel)

About the role

Forcepoint is looking for an Inside Channel Account Manager to drive partner growth and revenue in Israel. You will recruit, enable and manage a portfolio of partners, ensuring they generate pipeline and meet quota targets.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new partners, aiming for at least five transacting within two quarters.
• Elevate at least two Growth‑tier partners to Focus‑tier status each year through enablement and commercial support.
• Activate dormant partners via deal registration, opportunity creation and pipeline development.
• Own regional revenue quota and maintain at least three‑times pipeline coverage.
• Generate partner‑led pipeline through distributor campaigns, training sessions and certifications.
• Train and enable partners and distributors on Forcepoint tools, portals, product certifications and deal registration processes.
• Coordinate with CAMs on pipeline and revenue coverage while keeping operational tasks from diluting core sales activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for partner activity, pipeline and deal registrations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel sales or partner management, with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Ability to recruit, develop and enable partners to drive pipeline and close deals.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with CAMs, distributors and internal teams.
• Results‑oriented mindset with focus on quota attainment and partner growth.
