Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support SQLINK Group’s growing workforce. The role will manage the full employee lifecycle and act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through off‑boarding.
• Provide ongoing HR support, including employee welfare and professional guidance to staff and managers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure HR processes run smoothly.
• Conduct regular field visits to employee and client sites to address HR matters on‑site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an HR Coordinator (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and service‑orientation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of labour laws and experience drafting employment contracts (advantage).
• Previous experience in service, placement, or outsourcing companies (significant advantage).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
