Senior Learning and Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a goal‑focused Learning & Organizational Development professional to design, launch and manage full‑cycle learning initiatives for our teams in Israel while partnering with global stakeholders. The role requires end‑to‑end operational ownership, turning ideas into scalable programs that align with NVIDIA’s culture and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify learning and organizational development needs and translate them into clear programs and scalable strategies.
• Serve as program/project manager for workshops and multiple learning initiatives, ensuring end‑to‑end execution and alignment.
• Incorporate new technologies, including AI‑based solutions, to continuously improve program design and delivery.
• Drive operational execution of initiatives, managing timelines, quality and partner coordination.
• Collect and analyze feedback, consolidate results and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with local and global business partners, subject‑matter experts and HRBPs to develop content that reflects NVIDIA culture.
• Facilitate workshops for diverse audiences, delivering clear, impactful messages and tailored content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources‑related field (master’s degree a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in organizational development and learning roles within large, matrixed, global environments.
• Hands‑on experience leading projects that adopt new technologies, including AI tools.
• Proven ability to develop, implement and deliver training content, guides and course materials.
• Strong project‑management skills with a track record of planning, coordinating and tracking critical activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (native‑level) and Hebrew.
