Recruitment Coordinator – Data Centers & AI Infrastructure

About the role

We are a leading provider of data center and AI infrastructure solutions seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while supporting hiring managers across technical and professional roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Conduct phone screenings and face‑to‑face interviews, with a strong focus on in‑person meetings.
• Publish vacancies on multiple job boards and promote openings via LinkedIn, social media, and internal channels.
• Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, schedule interviews, and provide timely feedback.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system and generate status reports.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator (mandatory).
• Experience recruiting for technical roles such as electrical, maintenance, HVAC, or infrastructure is a strong advantage.
• Ability to juggle multiple openings in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and service‑orientation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
