HR Business Partner Associate

About the role

UCT is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to support its operations in Israel. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping them achieve business objectives through effective people practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees on day‑to‑day HR matters and employee‑relations issues.
• Provide guidance on performance management, development, engagement and disciplinary processes.
• Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and terminations.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Analyze HR data and trends to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders on HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote employee engagement and well‑being initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations, logistics or an industrial environment.
• Proven experience supporting managers and employees in employee relations, performance management, onboarding and policy implementation.
• Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
