Associate HR Business Partner

About the role

UCT is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to support its fast‑growing semiconductor operations in Israel. The role acts as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping them achieve business goals through effective people practices and ensuring alignment with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees on day‑to‑day HR matters and employee‑relations issues.
• Provide guidance on performance management, employee development, engagement, and disciplinary processes.
• Support employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct employee investigations and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Analyze HR data and trends to aid decision‑making and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders on HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support employee engagement and well‑being initiatives across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations, logistics or an industrial environment.
• Experience supporting managers and employees in employee relations, performance management, onboarding and policy implementation.
• Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HR information systems.
