About the role

Abroadlly is seeking a fluent Hebrew‑speaking Travel Agent to join its luxury lifestyle management team. The successful candidate will handle members' travel requests, ensuring seamless booking experiences for flights, hotels, and complex itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Process flight and hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Coordinate multi‑leg itineraries, including transfers, special services, and VIP requirements.
• Communicate promptly with clients, airlines, hotels, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client preferences.
• Deliver personalized travel solutions that reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience as a travel agent, preferably in luxury or VIP travel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests under time pressure.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent communication abilities.
