Spine Sales Representative – Orthopedic Devices

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Spine Sales Representative to promote and support its orthopedic and spine product portfolio, including robotic and cranial solutions. The role involves close collaboration with operating‑room teams, surgeons, nurses, purchasing, and supply‑chain partners across Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support for the full product range to customers.
• Achieve the Annual Operating Plan, increase market share and identify new growth opportunities.
• Coordinate offers and tenders, and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage logistics challenges such as back‑orders, sets, and consignment inventory.
• Collaborate with customer‑care for order follow‑up, forecasting and sales tracking.
• Deliver clinical training sessions for physicians, nurses and technicians.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2‑3 years of experience in sales, training or clinical support.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Israel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Familiarity with the medical device industry and ability to work under pressure.
