Executive Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrator to support the CEO, CFO and VP Strategy & Executive PMO. The role involves confidential administrative assistance, complex calendar and travel management, and coordination of high‑impact projects in a fast‑paced global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level, confidential administrative support to senior executives.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare and process expense reports and invoices in line with company policy.
• Coordinate executive travel arrangements, including accommodations, visas and detailed itineraries.
• Lead preparation and logistics for leadership meetings, off‑sites, conferences and other corporate events.
• Support the finance unit by organizing leadership meetings, tracking action items and ensuring follow‑up.
• Assist the VP Strategy & Executive PMO with meeting coordination, material preparation and follow‑up on strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications on executive‑related conferences and external events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Administrator supporting senior leaders in a fast‑moving global setting.
• Native‑level Hebrew and fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
• Strong judgment, discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP systems is an advantage.
