Digital Marketing Manager – Enterprise B2B

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to shape and execute our digital strategy for the Enterprise B2B market. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a data‑driven environment, working closely with senior leadership, technology partners and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement the company’s digital marketing strategy across multiple channels.
• Manage and optimise PPC and SEO programmes through external agencies, focusing on high‑quality Enterprise leads.
• Drive AI adoption in marketing, using tools such as ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms to enhance efficiency, content creation and customer engagement.
• Plan and run co‑marketing campaigns with global technology partners, overseeing MDF budgets and performance tracking.
• Own website content and user experience, ensuring it remains current and relevant.
• Build and refine marketing automation workflows, email campaigns and nurturing journeys.
• Develop and execute Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting strategic Enterprise accounts.
• Analyse performance data with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to generate actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience leading digital marketing in a B2B environment.
• Proven background with enterprise or technology companies (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools in daily marketing activities.
• Strong track record managing PPC and SEO agencies.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
