Design Engineer – Analog IC

About the role

Join Tower Semiconductor’s Design Center in Netanya as a Design Engineer focused on analog integrated circuits. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment developing cutting‑edge semiconductor modules for a broad range of markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analog IC projects, designing modules such as power‑management blocks, CMOS image sensors, data converters, low‑noise operational amplifiers, DC/DC converters, LDOs and non‑volatile memory.
• Drive the full development flow from specification definition through concept, architecture, block and top‑level chip design to silicon validation.
• Collaborate closely with layout engineers and device R&D teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Minimum 4 years of analog design experience.
• BSc in Electrical Engineering (MSc is a plus).
• Experience in power‑management, CMOS image sensor, or mixed‑signal design (advantage).
• Knowledge of device physics and board design (advantage).
• Proficiency with Cadence design tools (advantage).
