Production Manager – Medical Device Manufacturing

About the role

Eitan Medical is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for its innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions. The role oversees a team of Production Team Leaders, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and drives continuous improvement in a fast‑growing global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop Production Team Leaders, handling performance management and professional growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and integrate new production employees.
• Allocate workforce and manage staffing across production stations according to operational needs.
• Maintain discipline, procedural adherence, and high professional standards on the shop floor.
• Own and continuously improve manufacturing and final‑testing processes.
• Ensure production activities meet regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Quality and Engineering to address quality issues and enhance processes.
• Implement Lean methodologies and drive operational excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a regulated medical‑device environment (advantageous).
• 2‑3 years of management experience, preferably in large‑volume manufacturing.
• Deep familiarity with ISO 13485 and related standards.
• Strong people‑management and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• ISO 13485 compliance knowledge.
• Lean methodology (advantageous).
• Proficiency with SAP ERP system.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
