Data Analyst – Finance (Regulatory Reporting)

About the role

Revolut’s Data Science team is looking for a Finance‑focused Data Analyst to dive into complex databases, uncover root causes of issues and design data‑driven solutions. You will work closely with product and regulatory reporting teams to ensure accurate, compliant reporting and help shape the future of financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and adapt data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting.
• Translate complex business requirements into efficient data solutions.
• Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high data quality.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Reporting managers and business teams to align on logic and data needs.
• Monitor data reliability and design key metrics to measure business performance.
• Create and maintain dashboards to visualise insights and track metrics.
• Promote data literacy across the organisation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience working with finance teams in financial services or banking, preferably in Israel.
• Proficiency in SQL and solid knowledge of Python or another programming language.
• Educational background in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, engineering).
• Strong mathematical and statistical foundation.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew.
