Chief Operating Officer

About the role

We are a leading defense and aerospace technology company seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive end‑to‑end operational excellence. The successful candidate will integrate planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics into a high‑performing organization and make a significant impact on our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational activities across the organization.
• Manage Production Planning (PPC), Procurement and Logistics functions.
• Design, implement and continuously improve cross‑functional operational processes.
• Drive planning, execution, performance monitoring and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives, continuous improvement programs and organizational transformation.

Required profile

• Proven senior operations leadership experience in a manufacturing or technology environment.
• Successful track record managing Production Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Strong strategic mindset with exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in the defense industry or with defense‑related organisations is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Hands‑on operational leader passionate about building efficient organisations.
