Procurement Business Partner – Technology & Hardware

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Procurement Partner to join Cellebrite’s Global Procurement team at our Petah Tikva site. In this role you will act as the procurement focal point for technology and hardware, collaborating closely with Engineering, NPI, Supply Chain, Integration, Quality and Product teams from early development through mass production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement for electronic, electromechanical, mechanical parts, cables, enclosures and contract manufacturing.
• Partner with Engineering and NPI on new‑product introduction, supplier selection, technology decisions and sourcing strategy.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, MOQ, tooling and long‑term agreements.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Drive cost‑reduction, value‑engineering and total‑cost‑of‑ownership initiatives.
• Support NPI programs from prototype through ramp‑up and serial production, including ECOs and second‑source qualification.
• Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery and responsiveness, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify supply‑chain risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with Planning and Supply Chain to align capacity and material availability.
• Utilize ERP, procurement and BI tools to improve visibility and decision‑making.

Required profile

• 7+ years of direct or strategic procurement experience in a technology/manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record sourcing electronic and electromechanical components, PCB/PCBA and contract manufacturing services.
• Strong experience working with Engineering and NPI teams throughout product development.
• Excellent commercial negotiation skills and experience managing significant supplier spend.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
