AI Enablement Solutions Manager

About the role

Build enablement solutions through innovative, AI‑first tools and content. Think about how teams consume knowledge and learn, and create smart solutions that help them learn effectively in the AI era.

Key responsibilities

• Build engaging AI content covering product and business knowledge such as agents, pricing, and more.
• Turn business problems into working prototypes in days and iterate based on real usage.
• Deep‑dive into monday.com’s product and business mindset to ensure solutions are grounded in reality.
• Ship every solution as a product with real users, a feedback loop, and continuous improvement.
• Lead delivery sessions and own the end‑to‑end implementation of built solutions.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Client‑Facing teams, and the wider CCO to bridge business and product gaps.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Enablement, Solution Engineering, TAM, or Customer Engineering in a fast‑paced B2B software environment.
• Strong customer‑facing and business understanding to diagnose real blockers.
• Hands‑on AI fluency with proven experience building AI solutions that reduce manual effort.
• Builder mindset – proactive, action‑oriented, and quick to ship.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Passion for enabling people and sharing knowledge.
• Comfort working project‑based, ramping quickly on unfamiliar problems.
• High‑ownership drive to make visible impact.
