ICT Infrastructure Project Manager – Municipal Projects

About the role

Mertens MalamTeam is hiring an ICT Infrastructure Project Manager for a public sector organization in Tel Aviv. The role involves managing municipal ICT projects from initiation through delivery and operation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and oversee municipal ICT projects end‑to‑end, from initiation and planning through delivery and operation.
• Serve as the central liaison between the organization, construction teams, architects, planners, contractors, suppliers, and Technology Division teams.
• Ensure projects meet quality objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in a professional field relevant to the project.
• At least five years of project management experience.
• At least three years of experience managing ICT, infrastructure, or technology systems projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
• Broad technological knowledge of IT and network infrastructure, communications, telephony, multimedia, access control, and security camera systems.
